Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions, sizing details and photos before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out. We’re always happy to help you choose what feels best for you.

Exceptions (Please Read)
We will only offer a replacement or refund in the rare event that:
    •    Your item arrives damaged, or
    •    You receive an incorrect item
To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at softgirly99@gmail.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos showing the issue
Items reported outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.
